After playing for his School teams, Narinder joined Sikh Union Nairobi in 1978 and played for the Club until 1993. He was captain from 1986 to 1992.
In 1983 he toured Canada, USA, Mexico and UK with the Kenya team, played in Africa Cup of Nations and played in India, Pakistan, Spain, Holland and Germany.
He now resides in Calgary, Canada.
